Abstracts, instructions for presentations and Special Issue
Each registered participant will be entitled to submit one abstract for a poster, flash presentation or oral communication.
Abstracts should be submitted via your "Personal Area" after registration. Please, log in using the login and the password provided during the registration process and then proceed with "abstract submission". Please use the Microsoft Word file Abstract Template.
Oral communications and Flash communications should be prepared to strictly keep the presentation within the available time (10 minutes for Oral and 5 minutes for Flash).
The posters should be prepared using the A1 format (594 x 841 mm) and uploaded in pdf version until 18th November, on the conference website. The posters should be submitted in the participant's Personal Area (please access the "Publications" area; in "Publications list" you will find a button/icon (public file) where you can upload the poster.
Following the XXI EuroFoodChem Conference, a Special Issue will be published in Food Research International. The papers should concern works presented in the conference. The manuscripts will be subjected to peer-review process and should meet the high scientific quality standard of the Journal.
The portal will be open by end of November 2021 and the submission deadline is 31st of March, 2022.
